Do You Use A B-Complex?

I believe there are some supplements that are completely important to use on, a daily basis, a multivitamin is one and secondly I believe everyone in this day and age should be supplementing with a B vitamin complex.  There are many reasons to be supplementing with all the B's, they help with stress, energy and even to regulate blood pressure. 
Many people make the mistake of supplementing with a single vitamin without getting a base of the essential nutrients needed in their bodies.  When you use a single vitamin without using a base of  good vitamins from a multivitamin and a B complex you don't get full effect because your body will use up a good portion of a single vitamin where it is needed and also offset the balance of other vitamins.  It's quite a complicated thing to explain but if you want to feel like a million bucks use your multivitamins and your B complex daily before supplementing with any other vitamins or minerals in single forms.

A B-complex generally consists of all the most essentials B vitamins to give your body exactly what it needs.  Here is a simple breakdown of some of what each B vitamin does (there are many more benefits):

Vitamin B1-

Great for brain health, heart health and eye health.

Vitamin B2-

Coverts carbs to energy, without it you can be prone to migraines and is essential for mucus production in the body.

Vitamin B3-

Coverts insulin, great for healthy hormones and regulates mood.

Vitamin B5-

Good for skin health, eye health and nerve health

Vitamin B6-

Used to regulate blood pressure, maintains nerve function and helps you convert protein.

BIOTIN-

Amazing for hair health,  great for healthy blood sugar and keeps healthy skin

Vitamin B12-

Used to help absorb iron, energy production and to regulate homocysteine levels, which in high levels is inked to heart disease and stroke.

This is just a brief overview of what the B vitamins do in the body, they work with each other making them more effective and the body craves them.  They are taken out of the body every few hours because they are water soluble so a B complex can be used 1-3 times daily.

As I was saying there are a few musts when you start using supplements and I believe personally a multivitamin and especially a B complex should be part of your daily routine each and everyday for better health, more energy and less stress.
