In the world of personal development I was taught about ways to relax during high times of stress.  Deep breathing, visualization and positive self talk are all methods that are highly encouraged.  These work very effectively if practiced daily with great self discipline yet somedays when you feel the walls are closing in you need something that works right away, and a good stiff drink isn’t always the answer :-) .
In today’s blog I want to introduce two supplements that can save your sanity. Taking them will get you relaxed and have a peaceful feeling again.  Now even though supplements are all natural, if you are on anti depressants or any other medications please consult with your doctor or pharmacist to get the “OK” on the follow supplements.  I want you to follow this blog for a long time and make sure nothing harmful happens to you.
Our first supplement is KAVA KAVA, an herb used in used in the south pacific regions as a  ceremonial drink.  Many describe the feeling of Kava as having an alcoholic beverage that completely relaxes you.  I would highly suggest only using this herb in the evening when you get home and are ready to relax.  The great thing about this herb is although it’s like an alcoholic beverage, there is no morning hangover and you will wake up feeling rested.

Our second supplement is great for anyone that suffers from anxiety or panic, it’s GABA.  This amino acid can be taken during the day of in the evening.  A low dose of 100mg for the day time and a higher dose of 500mg-750mg for the evening when you are home and ready to turn in for the night.  It gives the effect of happiness and can make you feel that everything is going to be ok, GABA is a fine nutritional supplement to take the edge off if feeling completely stressed out.

In today’s world stress is triggered so easily but we do not need to become victims to stress when natural remedies are filling the health food store shelves.  You can head down to Nutrition House or any other shops and pick up these products up.
