Constipated?

I recently seen a commercial for a laxative at the end  of the commercial it was apperant the lovely woman had a bowel movement because she was ecstatic!  All smiles this woman was ready to take on the world.  As much as it made me laugh constipation is not a joke, other than the fact you can poison your body by not eliminating of your own body's waste, it causes a stressful discomfort.

Constipation leads many people into drug stores stores everyday to buy fast acting liquids and pills to put them on the toilet as fast as possible.  Many of these products come with several side effects though. Cramps, diarrhea and panic can be the price many are willing to pay for regularity. 
Other than those immediate side effects comes long term side effects of laxative addiction.  This happens because the bowel muscles are contracted by the laxatives and if a laxative is used long term (as they often are) your bowel muscles can become dependant on them rendering your bowel muscle lazy making them non functional when not using laxatives.

There are many solutions to constipation that you can do on a daily basis, but if you need immediate relief you probably don't care about probiotics, fiber or aloe vera.   Today I am here to give you the solution to your problem, a non addictive solution to your problem!!!
